What is Hosted Email?
Hosted Email is a service where we manage the email servers for your custom domain name. This allows you to have a professional email address (like `you@yourdomain.com`) without the cost and complexity of running your own mail server.
Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes, absolutely. Our hosted email service is designed to work with your existing domain name. If you don't have a domain yet, you can register one with us during the checkout process.
How do I access my email?
You can access your email in multiple ways: through our user-friendly webmail interface from any browser, or by setting up your account on your favorite desktop client (like Outlook or Apple Mail) and mobile devices (iPhone/Android) using IMAP or POP3.
Is it secure and private?
Yes. Security is a top priority. Our service includes advanced anti-spam and anti-virus filtering to protect your inbox. Unlike some free providers, we do not scan the content of your emails for advertising purposes. Your communications are private.
Can I purchase email if my domain name is with another registrar?
Yes. You’ll just need to make a couple of changes to your DNS settings (MX recod and an A record), which your current registrar should be able to help you with. You also have the option of either changing nameservers to ours or transferring your domain to us.
How many ID`s accounts can I order?
You can order minimum 1 Email account and maximum upto 1000 Mail ID`s with each domain name.
What is the billing cycle for Email Services?
We offer monthly, Quarterly and yearly packages on Email Hosting accounts, so billing will be accordingly.
What will the size of each Mailbox?
Your each mailbox shall have 5GB of storage space, you can order multiple of 5 GB additional space If you need a larger size for your mailbox.
Which devices can I use to read my emails?
Email Hosting is designed to give you flexibility. You can access your account from a range of devices, from desktop to mobile and tablet. You can also access the account from anywhere in the world, provided you have an internet connection.
Which email clients can I use to read my emails?
You can access your email with any software that allows you to connect to an IMAP4 or POP3 mail server which includes (but not limited to): Microsoft Outlook and Windows Live Mail Apple Mail Thunderbird Opera Mail etc.., Our Webmail client can be accessed easily from anywhere. All you need is a compatible web browser and an internet connection.
Can you help me migrate my existing emails?
Yes! We offer a seamless email migration service. Our expert team can help you transfer all your existing emails, contacts, and calendars from your previous provider (like Gmail, Microsoft 365, or another host) to your new Systron account with no data loss.
How much storage do I get per mailbox?
We offer a range of plans with generous storage options to fit your needs, from smaller mailboxes for light users to large mailboxes for power users who need to store many attachments. You can see the specific storage amounts on our plan comparison table.
What is the difference between POP3 and IMAP?
IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) syncs your emails across all your devices. When you read or delete an email on your phone, it will also be marked as read or deleted on your computer. POP3 (Post Office Protocol) typically downloads emails to a single device and then removes them from the server. We recommend using IMAP for the best experience.
Can I set up auto-responders and email forwarders?
